The Editorial Cartoons of Anne Telnaes

Anna Telnaes is one of the few Pulitzer Prize winners for Editorial Cartooning who isn't a member of a newspaper staff. Her work has been published in major newspapers such as The New York Times and The Washington Post. Telnaes won the Pulitzer Prize in 2001, and incorporates political debates over issues like the separation of church and state, the death penalty and presidential elections. Read the "About the Artist" and view 8 of her cartoons, ranging in date of publication from December 2000 to February 2001.
